Christian Jorge

Christian Jorge aka CJ

Let me introduce someone who brings joy to my family since the end of May last year. Christian Jorge is my sister’s son who was born on the May 26, last year. We never thought Christian will be his name because my sister is thinking about other name. But we think Christian will be nice for him. Christian is also meant the follower of Christ. We use to call him CJ but not CJ7. There’s nothing to do with that movie anyway. Now, CJ is almost 9 months and he become so adorable and excited when he met with the ladies. I guess he had been kissed by my entire ladies friend. (You know what I mean by saying that) yea, he is our Mr. Popular. Maybe because in my family members mostly are ladies.
CJ is a simple child where he loves to smile every time he woke up from sleep. Easy to take care and his favourite activities is to take shower but after all I can tell you he really likes to eat. I am thinking what people said about mix parentage is that their child are cuter? Is that true? (CJ’s father is kadazan + dusun) So. I leave the question to you guys. I was wondering now how my child will look like because I am still waiting until I can see so clearly who is the one. *laughing*

A Twist In My Life

evening view

Yesterday evening was a new experience for me who just working in shipping industry. There’s a function by company for new vessel opening ceremony. Although I was too tired and just wanted to back home and take a rest. But, as a new staff I have to attend the ceremony and take some experience how it will going to be. This is my first experience to be on the ship and luckily it’s a huge ship. It’s accommodation vessel anyway and I am lucky to have a walk around the entire vessel with some of my colleagues.

night view

I can say I’m a bit culture shock and scared here most of the people around me are guy. But I have to comfort myself and mind with the new situation. Haha because since I start to work 2 years ago in other places, mostly I deal with those ladies but this time it’s a bit different. Here, I learn more on life although it's almost 2 weeks I've been here. Hopefully there’s wonderful thing to come my way. Never thought I am going to work in this industry but I believe God has a wonderful plan for me here. Just wait and see.

Lady in Waiting - Happy Valentine Day

Hey everyone, Valentine Day are around the corner, so i like to share this poem to all the single lady who still waiting for her true love. Keep waiting for the glory of the Lord will give you the best among the best. So don't fear to be Lady In Waiting and don’t worry about that certain guy you have had your eye on for a while. If he is God’s best for you, he will be there when you return…

LADY IN WAITING

Is not about finding the right man,
But becoming the right women,

Lady In Waiting
Recklessly abandons herself
To the Lordship of Christ,
Diligently uses her single days,
Trusts God with unwavering faith,
Demonstrates virtue in daily life,
Loves God with undistracted devotion,
Stands for physical and emotional purity
Lives in security,
Responds to life in contentment,
Makes choices based on her convictions,
And waits patiently for God to meet her needs.

"Incompleteness is not the result of being single, but of not being full of Jesus”

Graduation Day

For the past few weeks, (actually, this post should be published on Nov month) I’ve been celebrating my graduation day and year end holiday in Kuala Lumpur with my family. It’s been a wonderful experience to celebrate my graduation day for the 2nd time since my first graduation in 2005. Kind of miss those memories and friends since 5 years in here. Luckily we meet during the graduation day. It’s almost a few months after our last semester in university.

Feel glad to be here again although it’s just for a few weeks. I miss my faculty and friends. All the funny jokes we used to do…and all those gossips and weird issues. How I miss all that. Since I’m here, I and my family stayed at my sister house. Kind of miss her too since she worked here. Feel weird when she’s not around. Yea, she’s married now.

The graduation day quite happening because everyone doesn’t met each others in the past few months. So, I guess everybody have their own story to be shared. Some of us are working already which are good for them. And some of us still unemployed and how bad does it feel. Huhu ... I felt bad which I can’t spend more time with all my friends during my trip to KL. Some of them wanted to hanging out together with me since my visit here (Ekaz & Megat), but sorry guys I can’t make it. How I wish to…but maybe in my next visit ok?

This last graduation seemed like to be the sadness memories because there’s no graduation day after this. Everyone will continue with there own life. Wishes everybody good luck in everything they do. Lastly, dear friends…"it doesn’t matter where we go, as long as we still keep in touch!" Muahhh!

Best Wishes,
Dee

Holiday! Celebrate!

I was in Kuala Lumpur to attend my graduation day. I’m going there with my family. After graduation day end, we having our "cuti-cuti Malaysia" (holiday) before we come back to Miri. I just want to spend quality time with my family and friends as I’ve been far away in Miri after finished my study back in last May. Been away for a while and didn’t get enough time to spend with my friends. So I decided to meet some of them. Time is precious and it must be spend with precious people.

I’m thinking of Sg Weng and Petaling Street cuz it’s a shopping paradise! I can go crazy over the clothes, bags and shoes that are superb cheap! I love spending the day walking around the city and then enjoying the wonderful foods…heaven! At one night, we had a walked along Titiwangsa Lake, thinking of to ride The Eye of Malaysia. But oh my gosh! The place was thronged with people who q-up to make a rode too. Then we decided to wait for the fireworks display at night.
There is a trip to zoo also where I use to go before. But this time it’s a bit different because kind of lots changes they made. And guess what? They raise up the ticket price too lol! Well, kind of an interesting experiences cuz there a lots of activities happened that day. The most exciting part is to watch the zoo attendant to feed the big brownie bear! Scary…

During my vacation, it’s about almost Christmas Eve where we can see Christmas spirit everywhere in the KL city. I managed to take a shoot some of the Christmas decoration they made. Really feel the spirit of Christmas coming around the corner. Ho Ho Ho…I meet some of my family there too where this vacation is all about family vacation. Hehe I like it when it’s come to family values…

Live in Kuala Lumpur is so much different from here in Miri. KL just like a city to entertain, foods and shopping paradise but at the same place KL can be so hectic, crazy and chaotic here! Although it has a lots of entertainment values, but it doesn’t feel like your hometown. After a few weeks in KL, I really miss to go home. I can’t wait to go back home a spend time with my cuzzies and friends at the beach where we use to do almost every weekend!

Miri, here I’m back!

Last Day

Today is my last day in school. I mean my last day as a teacher. There’s a mix feeling in me…I can feel relief a bit but in depth of my heart I feel I’m going to miss those experiences here especially with all the naughty2x students. Yea, usually I hate when talk about “goodbye”. I’ve experience it before during my school time. Kind of hard to explain and I’m pretty sure you guys also know how it feel.

Today, I’ve plan not to teaching but spend more time with my students. Yea, 2 months doesn’t really enough for me to know lots about them. It’s been a while didn’t talk to them because last week is a school holiday for “hari raya”. So, today is the first day to school after holiday and it is the last day for me here. I thought lots of them will absent today because it’s the first day after holiday…guess what? They all came to school today (smiling). Most of them knew that it’s going to be the last day with me. So they keep on asking “isn’t really the last day?” Erm…so I wonder if they want me to go or to stay? Whatever…

I take lots of pictures of them which I’ll keep as my memory here. Wow! They are so excited when facing with the camera hah…I’ll show it through the photos later. I’m lucky because too many good experiences and opportunity I got here. So, I wish all the best to everyone. God Bless!
